Michael Ehrenberger began his career at SAP in 1994 in the area of Facility Management. As a Facility Expert, he took on various roles in Germany and abroad and managed a variety of large-scale projects related to building development and building operations.
Since 2001, he has actively advocated for employee concerns as a works council member. From 2014 to 2018, he held the position of works council chair, and from 2018 to 2022, he was the spokesperson for the personnel committee. Today, his focus areas include personnel development, public relations and ‘new work’.
He is also co-initiator of the event series “The digital works council” and “Works council and co-determination in the digital age” has been supporting SAP customers, as well as their works councils, in finding their own way into the digital age for years.
