Katharina Haus joined RWE in February 2022 as an employee in Technical Advancement @ Transformation. In this context, she is entrusted with the organisation and conception of training for occupational safety as well as the hybrid implementation of technical training at RWE, among other things.
After studying business administration at RWTH Aachen University, where she specialised in corporate development and strategy, she worked independently as a consultant in the field of adult education and learning media creation.
