As Co-Head of Learning and Development, Dr Nadia Eggmann shapes corporate learning at Swiss Post. Her team also focuses on competence management, performance management and talent management. In addition to her work, her doctoral project dealt with the digital transformation and its impact on HR development. Her main research interest was the applications of artificial intelligence in the context of corporate learning.
