In her role as Training & Learning Expert at TAM Academy, where she is instrumental in the further development of the New Work Facilitator Programme, Marisa Ruppelt also works as a trainer on topics related to self-organisation and cultural organisational development. As part of the TAM Academy, she empowers and inspires people because she believes that learning from and through transformation is the key to proving that joy at work is not a myth.
Trained as a bookseller, she paved her way into human resource development with a degree in intercultural business psychology and helped shape it in various companies from SMEs to corporations. Afterwards, she worked as a freelance process facilitator as well as an employed HR and organisational developer.
