Prof. Dr. Anja Schmitz is Professor of Human Resource Management/HRM at Pforzheim University and currently Dean of the HRM Master’s programme.
She has many years of practical experience in the field of human resource management, both from an internal corporate perspective and from an external consulting perspective with a focus on human resources and organisational development. She researches and consults on Learning Ecosystems, New Learning, New Work and Employee Experience. A particular focus is on the connection between the transformation of the world of work and organisational or individual learning. She is active in the HR community as an advisor to Zukunft Personal and the OEB Global Advisory Board.
