Mia Wolf-Adolph works in HR development at Gebr. Becker GmbH. After training as a personnel trainer, she also earned a degree in education with a focus on personnel development, adult education and media education and earned a certificate in work and organisational psychology at TU Dortmund University.

After her studies, she initially worked as a research assistant in the Department of Organisational Psychology at TU Dortmund University before taking on various positions in the field of human resources and organisational development.

Since February 2018, Mia Wolf-Adolph has been working at Gebr. Becker as a personnel officer in the area of personnel development and has been involved in projects and initiatives in the areas of strategic personnel development & organisational development as well as the development of the corporate culture.

Since 2022, she has been working in the newly created People and Organisation Development division as Senior Learning Manager.
