After studying educational science (with a focus on corporate pedagogy) and adult and continuing education, Julia Rick initially completed various internships at Daimler AG, Deutsche Bahn and STIHL until she joined d&b audiotechnik at the end of 2018. There, she was initially an assistant in the HR department. Since 2020, she has been working as a Project Manager L&D in the Education and Learning Factory area.
