Heike Bette has been working at Fresenius Kabi Germany for 17 years, first as a project manager in marketing and since 2013 as Manager / Senior Manager E-Learning. Before that, the graduate nursing economist worked as a care manager at the state capital of Munich.
In the field of e-learning, she completed training as a certified live online trainer and blended learning designer. In 2022, she also obtained a university certificate from the FOM University in the field of digital and organisational transformation. In addition to e-learning projects for employee qualification, Ms Bette’s tasks at Fresenius Kabi Germany include in particular projects relating to the qualification of customers and their digitalisation.
Ms Bette uses her 10 years of experience in the field of digital learning and the successful implementation of learning and qualification projects on a daily basis.
