Personnel Development Officer
Frank Vankerkom has been employed by IKK for over 40 years and has worked in human resources since 1998. Until 2018, he was Head of Personnel Services North Rhine, among other positions. During this time, he was able to gain experience in the areas of accounting, personnel deployment planning, further development of collective agreements as well as personnel and organisational development.
He has been active in personnel development since September 2018.
In addition to his training and further education in the statutory health insurance sector, Frank Vankerkom has also qualified as a systemic consultant, human resources manager and business economist.
