Managing Director & Project Manager at IBBF
Dr. Michael Steinhöfel works as managing director and project manager at IBBF. After studying economics and earning his doctorate at the Humboldt University Berlin, he completed various advanced training courses on topics related to industrial psychology and organizational science, project management, and trained as a systemic coach.
He worked as a research assistant at various institutions, including the Berlin School of Economics and a&o research GmbH at the Institut für Arbeitspsychologie und Organisationswissenschaften (Institute for Work Psychology and Organizational Science). From 1999 to 2013, Dr. Steinhöfel worked as a project or division manager at ucb Managementberatung GmbH, Berlinwasser Holding AG, and RKW Deutschland GmbH.
Since 2013, Dr. Steinhöfel has been active at the IBBF, initially as a project manager before also taking on the post of managing director. In this role, he manages various research, consulting and continuing education projects on behalf of federal and state ministries as well as companies.
