Björn Schulz has been working as Team Leader Digital Continuing Education at Beuth Verlag GmbH since August 2022. The focus of his work is the conception and design of digital learning opportunities in numerous subject areas related to standardisation and the application of standards. He is interested in using and linking innovative technologies to increase learning motivation, learning success and participant retention. Previously, since 2012, he was responsible in various positions at Arbeit und Leben Berlin-Brandenburg for the development and implementation of innovative education and guidance services for target groups and subject areas in vocational education and training: Vocational orientation, imparting specialist skills for various occupational profiles and all around digitalisation and artificial intelligence. The offers and products he co-developed were awarded the eLearning Award and the DIE Innovation Award, among others. Björn Schulz studied Political Science, Scandinavian Studies and Italian Philology in Greifswald, Berlin, Potsdam and Lund, Sweden.
