As part of the TAM Academy, she empowers and inspires people because she believes that learning from and through transformation is the key to proving that joy at work is not a myth.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Trained as a bookseller, she paved her way into human resource development with a degree in intercultural business psychology and helped shape it in various companies from SMEs to corporations.
