Weitere Themenschwerpunkte ihres Teams sind Kompetenzmanagement, Performance Management, Talent Management und digitale Transformation. \u00a0Neben ihrer Arbeit befasste sie sich in ihrem Promotionsprojekt mit der digitalen Transformation und deren Auswirkungen auf die Personalentwicklung.
