Learning Business Manager<\/i><\/p>\r\n

Maximilian M\u00fchlhausen works as a Learning Business Manager (LBM) at the ZEISS Group. In this role, he is responsible for employee-related learning in the Industrial Quality & Research (IQR) segment in the ZEISS internal learning organisation CurioZ.<\/p>\r\n

Before joining the ZEISS Group, he worked as a project coordinator for the Bildungswerk der Baden-W\u00fcrttembergischen Wirtschaft e. V., where he was responsible for setting up and organising qualification networks for SMEs – primarily in the metal\/electrical and textile industries – throughout Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg.<\/p>\r\n

In addition to his training as a banker (IHK) and certified business economist (IHK), Maximilian M\u00fchlhausen first studied dual studies in social management (B.A.) before completing his master’s degree in human resources development and education management (M.A.) while working.<\/p>\r\n
