V. since 2018 and works as a project manager at the Institut f\u00fcr Betriebliche Bildungsforschung IBBF.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After completing her sociology studies and doctorate at Humboldt University Berlin, she worked there for ten years as a research assistant in the Department of Sociology of Work, Industry, Operations and Organisation in research and teaching.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After that, Dr Schmidt-Meergans devoted herself increasingly to questions of vocational training and held management positions in various training companies.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Since May 2018, she has held a leading position at the Institute for Workplace Education Research.
