There she also completed her doctorate in 2003.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Since 1999, she has been a research associate in the research areas &#8220;Establishments and Employment&#8221; and &#8220;Education, Qualification and Employment Trajectories&#8221; at IAB. Since 2016, she has also been co-head of the research area &#8220;Education, Qualification and Employment Pathways&#8221; in a leadership tandem with Silke Anger.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ute Leber is a lecturer at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences.
