Prof. Dr. Uwe Elsholz<\/a> has held the professorship for Lifelong Learning<\/a> at the FernUniversit\u00e4t Hagen since March 2013 and has been Prorector for Continuing Education, Transfer and Internationalization since 2019. He has many years of experience in leading projects on the German education and training system. He is a member of the research focus \u201eWork, Education, Digitalization\u201c<\/a> der FernUniversit\u00e4t, Fellow of the Stifterverbands f\u00fcr Innovationen in der Hochschullehre<\/a> (Donor Association for Innovations in Higher Education) and a Trusted Lecturer of the Hans B\u00f6ckler Foundation. His work and research focuses on continuing vocational and academic education.<\/p>\r\n

He has also been a member of the IFBB advisory board since January 2021.<\/p>\r\n \r\n
