From 2013 to 2017, he was a professor of industrial psychology (focusing on competence development and coaching) at the University of Applied Management before co-founding Skimio GmbH in early 2018.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">As a freelance author, Dr. Triebel has published numerous books on coaching and competence development.
