The focus there is on establishing and expanding a digital learning strategy for various target groups. She also works as a freelance trainer at Wifi Vienna in the context of various courses and is in charge of the topic &#8220;Use of digital media in training&#8221;.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alexandra Pattermann is a trained adult trainer as well as a human resources and organisational developer and also studied human resources management &amp; competence development with new media at Danube University Krems.
