Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump is Professor of General Business Administration with a focus on International Human Resource Management and Organizational Development at the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences. She is also the director of the IBE – a scientific institution of the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences and a research focus of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Her research focuses on trends in the world of work (digitalization, demographics, diversity, changing social values, technological trends, economic developments, …) and the consequences for human resource management and organizational development as well as leadership.<\/p>\r\n

Jutta Rump is active as a process facilitator in numerous companies and institutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\r\n \r\n
