Professor of Human Resource, Innovation and Transformation Management at the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences<\/em><\/p>\r\n

Prof. Dr. Thomas Bartscher can draw on many years of experience in various functional areas of human resource management. During his time as professor and vice-president at the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences from 1998-2020, he was instrumental in promoting virtual forms of teaching and learning in undergraduate teaching as well as in continuing education.<\/p>\r\n

09\/2020 – 08\/2022 at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, he deepened the teaching and research areas of digitalisation and diversity, people analytics and corporate learning, among others.<\/p>\r\n

Since 09\/2022 he has been teaching and researching again as a professor for human resources, innovation and transformation management at the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences.<\/p>\r\n

As a trainer and consultant, he works for industrial and service companies, non-profit and public enterprises on issues of digital transformation, among others. He publishes specialist and textbooks and is in demand as a speaker on current developments in organisations.<\/p>\r\n

He is also the scientific director at I:AD<\/a> (Institute for Work and Digitalisation).<\/p>\r\n
