She also received the title Systemic Consulting and Coaching at the Weinheim Institute for Systemic Training and Development.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After being employed as a research assistant\/process consultant at the Steinbeis Transfer Center for two years, she worked in the field of human resources and business development for 8 years.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Since the end of 2018, she has been working independently as a consultant in the areas of organizational and human resource development.
