Becker GmbH. After training as a personnel trainer, she also earned a degree in education with a focus on personnel development, adult education and media education and earned a certificate in work and organisational psychology at TU Dortmund University.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After her studies, she initially worked as a research assistant in the Department of Organisational Psychology at TU Dortmund University before taking on various positions in the field of human resources and organisational development.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Since February 2018, Mia Wolf-Adolph has been working at Gebr.
