Sonja Krönung studied at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management after completing her training at Deutsche Bank AG. During her 11 years at Deutsche Bank AG, she worked in the areas of private clients, corporate clients, corporate finance and leveraged finance in Frankfurt and New York before joining EGC Eurogroup Consulting AG, a management consultancy specialising in financial services providers, as a senior manager. For the past 15 years, she has been responsible for Learning & Talent Development as head of the EGC Academy and also accompanies employees as a trainer for consulting and project methods, communication and resilience as well as executives in topics of personality, team and organisational development as a business coach (Munich Business School) according to DBVC.
