Sascha Wingen is Head of People International at Altano Gruppe GmbH and is responsible for people development in all countries of the group.
After training as an industrial clerk and studying business administration, he also completed his degree in psychology at the Ruhr University in Bochum. He also completed training as a systemic consultant/coach.
Sascha Wingen worked for many years in HR research and consultancy on topics focusing on demographics, working time management and personnel and organisational development. Subsequently, he took on management positions at several large companies such as ALDI Einkauf SE & Co. oHG (ALDI North), Roller GmbH & Co. KG and Fressnapf Holding SE, where he established and further developed academies and digital learning for more than 15 years before joining the Altano Group in March 2023.
