Prof. Fabrizio Palmas is a Strategic Management Consultant and Creative & Technical Director at straightlabs GmbH & Co. KG. With his knowledge and expertise, he creates innovative and effective corporate training formats. His experience in extended reality training and XR technologies for developing immersive marketing and transmedia storytelling make him a pioneer in this field. Prof. Palmas also uses his skills to develop cutting-edge projects in other fields such as gaming and visual arts.

He also teaches at the University of Applied Management (corporate management and corporate virtual training, among others) and at the Technical University of Munich. In addition to being a founding member and Education Cluster Lead at XR Bavaria e. V., he conducts research on the topics of extended reality, innovative corporate training, gamification and artificial intelligence. In addition to keynotes and mentoring events, he publishes his findings as an expert author.
