After completing her studies in Human Resources Management and International Business, Polly Ivanova joined the PUMA Group in July 2019. She has been employed there as Manager People Development and Organizational Learning since January 2022. Her responsibilities include the independent management of training needs and organization as well as the further development of learning transfer management.
