Oliver Lorenz graduated from Furtwangen University in 2006 with a degree in Online Media. There, he also discovered the subject of his heart, digital learning, to which he has remained true to this day. Initially, his work in smaller e-learning agencies focused on the technical implementation of learning platforms and the production of learning content. This developed into an increasingly conceptual and strategic focus of his work within human resources development in medium-sized businesses and large corporations.
He is currently a Senior Strategist Learning Experience at EY.
Oliver Lorenz also remains true to the topic of further education in his honorary position as a trainer with the Deutscher Alpenverein, where he trains people interested in climbing on the rock faces of Europe.
