The graduate engineer has been working at HAYS AG for 21 years. For more than 11 years, she was responsible for the Learning Center at Hays and transformed it into its modular system. Her motivation is to create flexible learning environments that can react quickly to changing learning needs. In particular, the introduction of an LMS was a “game changer” at Hays, which has since worked exclusively with blended learning.
Since the beginning of 2019, she has been working as Head of Training as a Service.
Her core topics include learning concepts, facilitation and rhetoric.
