Matthias Wiencke works as a skills manager and learning expert at Bayer AG. He has been with the company for over 30 years. After about 10 years with a focus on IT topics, he held various positions in the training sector, from learning management systems and e-learning to consulting and project management for training projects and academy design. Since the beginning of 2020, Matthias Wiencke has been working as a skills manager in the field of digital transformation and IT. His focus is on new learning, digital learning, strategic upskilling and academy design. For the field, he can ideally combine his passions: Contemporary Learning and Digital Technologies. In his spare time, he works on his podcast “LernXP: LernXplorer”, where he regularly discusses corporate learning topics with other learning experts.
