Karin Kießling

Consultant & Personnel and Organizational Developer

After training as an industrial clerk, Karin Kießling studied social work (with a focus on social planning and management) at Ravensburg-Weingarten University and organizational and personnel development at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. She also received the title Systemic Consulting and Coaching at the Weinheim Institute for Systemic Training and Development.

After being employed as a research assistant/process consultant at the Steinbeis Transfer Center for two years, she worked in the field of human resources and business development for 8 years.

Since the end of 2018, she has been working independently as a consultant in the areas of organizational and human resource development. In addition, she has been working at d&b audiotechnik as a senior HR and organizational developer since 2019 and is managing partner of the company context YELLOWS.
