Dr. Jochen Robes

Dr. Jochen Robes has been advising companies and organizations on the introduction and optimization of their HR and corporate learning offerings for over 25 years. The longest time in the service of a small educational agency, HQ Interaktive Mediensysteme GmbH, five years for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and now under his own name Robes Consulting. In this context, Dr. Robes has dealt intensively with all design fields of continuing education, educational technology (eLearning, Social Media/Web 2.0 & Social Learning, MOOCs) and knowledge management.

Since 2018, he has been active in the “Online Communication” degree program at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences as a substitute professor and lecturer.

Since April 2003, Dr. Robes has also been running the continuing education blog (www.weiterbildungsblog.de) with daily contributions, for which he has already received numerous awards.

In addition, he is a regular speaker at conferences and publishes in yearbooks, professional publications and online magazines.

In addition, he is a member of various networks and program advisory boards. For example, Dr. Robes has been involved in the core team of the Corporate Learning Community (CLC) for years and moderates the regional Frankfurt CLC group. Furthermore, he sits on the expert council “Learning & Development” at Zukunft Personal in Cologne.

Since 2022, he has chaired the working group “Competence Development of Educational Personnel” convened by the IFBB.
