Expert for Collaborative Learning and Working in Network Organizations

Daniel Stoller-Schai, Dr. oec. HSG, is an accomplished digital collaboration & learning expert. As a manager for digital learning and work technologies, he has implemented customer projects at Phonak, UBS, CREALOGIX as well as in other companies and startups and gained experience with the global deployment of internet-based learning and work projects.

He passes on this experience as a lecturer at the Lucerne Pedagogical University, at the Institute for Communication and Leadership (IKF Lucerne) and as program manager of the LEARNING INNOVATION Conference.

As a member of the SwissEdTech Collider (ETH Lausanne), he is part of a network dedicated to new technologies and their implementation in innovative learning settings.

Since early 2019, he has been a “Change Companion” at Collaboration Design, where he uses his expert knowledge to help companies implement intuitive collaboration and collaboration processes.

Since 2022, he has been leading the working group convened by the IFBB on the topic of “Collaborative Learning and Working”.
