After completing her Master’s degree in Adult & Continuing Education/Lifelong Learning at Humboldt University in Berlin, Anna-Lena Mathieu worked in L&D in various organizations, including Bosch, ICUnet.AG and Interlake. She is passionate about learning and change (of individuals and organizations), especially in the context of innovative technologies.
Since the end of 2021, she has been active at Knauf as Head of Global Learning and makes it her mission to make learning and collaboration a natural part of working – across countries and work boundaries.
Her main areas of expertise are learning and organizational development, blended, social, video, mobile and workplace learning, as well as change management and transformation.
