Alexandra Pattermann has been Head of Human Resources Development and Training at Deichmann Austria since 2020. The focus there is on establishing and expanding a digital learning strategy for various target groups. She also works as a freelance trainer at Wifi Vienna in the context of various courses and is in charge of the topic “Use of digital media in training”.
Alexandra Pattermann is a trained adult trainer as well as a human resources and organisational developer and also studied human resources management & competence development with new media at Danube University Krems. She has worked as a trainer, coach and L&D expert, among others at UTA Telekom AG/Tele 2, Sodexo Austria Service Solutions and T-Mobile Austria GmbH.
